• HANDYMAN TECHNICIAN

       Knowledge of Trades Good, overall knowledge of all trades; Plumbing-Electrical- Drywall- Tile - Carpentry.

      Proper Equipment Must have a good supply of tools to perform any of the above trades and own a truck or van

      Trouble Shooting Skills Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner

      Excellent Communication Skills Must exhibit excellent communication skills with: Customers Management Office Personnel Fellow Employees Documentation (for Invoicing)

      Presentable Clean-Cut appearance Presentable vehicle Organized tools      Background Check Must be able to pass a background check

5 to 10 years experience in residential home repairs.
